Abstract
Mandibular premolars are known for having aberrant anatomy. The occurrence of three canals with three separate foramina in mandibular premolars is very rare. Endodontic success of such anatomical variations requires the clinician to be aware of their clinical and radiographic anatomy. This article reports and discusses the endodontic management for an unusual occurrence of three canals with three separate foramina in a mandibular second premolar with a brief review of literature.
