Abstract
The treatment of buccal gingival recessions is a common requirement due to aesthetic concern or root sensitivity. Several surgical techniques have been proposed to treat gingival recession and recently, the association of the amnion membrane with a coronally positioned flap has been evaluated for the root coverage. The following is a case report of a patient treated successfully for isolated gingival recession using coronally advanced flap with amnion membrane used as guided tissue regeneration (GTR) membrane. The selected site clinically presented significant root coverage with uneventful healing.
