Abstract
A rare case report of Oral Pyogenic Granuloma in a 13 years old female patient is presented. It was found in left posterior maxilla and adjoining hard palate, extensively eroding alveolar bone and invading the maxillary sinus as well. Apart from being in a young female patient, the clinical picture, radiographic findings, absence of definite local causative factors and little citation of similar cases in the review of literature all posed a diagnostic challenge. Only the Histopathological examination revealed and confirmed its nature as typical classical picture of pyogenic granuloma.
