Abstract
This case shows an unusual presentation of a BOC in both location and radiographic appearance and emphasizes the importance of a microscopic examination of unilocular lesions when associated with teeth having normal responding vital pulps. The relatively high recurrence rate for the BOC warrants periodic follow-up.
