Abstract
A single 150-mg dose of pre-emptive pregabalin decreased postoperative opioid consumption in the first 24Â hours after double-jaw surgery. Multimodal analgesia techniques that contain pre-emptive analgesia can be used successfully in preventing postoperative pain caused by orthognathic surgery.
