Abstract
This retrospective cohort study suggests that OMS departments in AMCs tend to treat orthognathic surgical patients with increased comorbidities and systemic illnesses and operate on a larger percentage of patients with concomitant dentofacial issues versus more routine dentofacial skeletal and occlusion deformities.
