The present case takes into consideration the age of the patient, the innate growth potential and the best of the effects trom the straight-wire appliance (S WAJ as well as the extra-oral forces. The positive motivation of the patient, undoubtedly plays a crucial role. The conventional therapy by using extra-oral forces are beneficiai provided the forces are controlled lest they may lead to root resorption and further compilations.
