Abstract
Microstomia is a relatively common condition that has variety of causes. Dentists face this challenging situation while treating patients with orofacial malignancies, trauma, burns, Plummer-Vinson syndrome or scleroderma that results in limited mouth opening. This case report outlines such a situation and highlights an innovative design of collapsible complete denture in a patient with scleroderma.
