Abstract
Trauma with accompanying fracture of permanent anterior teeth is a tragic experience for the young patients and create psychological impact on them. Crown fracture accounts for the highest percentage of ail traumatic injury in the permanent dentition. The clinician plays a vital rôle in the prognosis of traumatized tooth. It depends on his accurate diagnosis and treatment procédure at two separate levels; the pulpal and the restorative level. This case report describes the management of subgingival fracture in an upper left canine.
