Abstract
The authors discuss factors that can influence the electrical activity of the masseter and anterior temporalis muscles. Analysis of the electromyographic data confirms the strong correlation between the activity of these muscles and RPE, which increases the tone of the muscles at rest and during electromyographic exercises.
