Abstract
In the studied material, complications after Griggs percutaneous tracheotomy amounted to 16.8%, of which 7.1% occurred in the perioperative period while 9.7% were early complications, mainly light bleeding. This may prove good preparation of the surgical team for the surgical procedures.
