Abstract
The Castleman's disease is a rare cause of localized or general lymphadenopathy. There is no proved clinical research that clarifies the doubts related to the illness. The diagnostics of the disease is difficult and has to be performed with strict cooperation of physician, radiologist and patomorfologist. The recovery ratio in patients with localized form of hyaline-vascular type reaches 100%. Because of rare incidence of multicentric form of plasmatic cell type the research comparing the efficiency of terapeutic trials is difficult to plan. Accordingly, the definition of the standards for long-term treatment has not been provided.
