Abstract
: The analysis of the results indicated the usefulness of used parameters of objective assessment of voice quality taking into consideration the diagnostic and therapeutic aspect in hyperfunctional and paralytic dysphonia. Adjuvant vibratory therapy of the larynx in hyperfunctional dysphonia and stimulating currents in phonatory exercises in paralytic dysphonia improved the effectiveness of the therapy, what was confirmed by the analysis of parameters of objective assessment of voice quality.
