Abstract
Tympanosclerosis is a result of constant inflammatory process and it is modulated by cytokines including TNF-α. The positive correlation between gene expression level of TNF-α and tympanosclerosis could in the future contribute to anty inflammatory, medical treatment of tympanosclerosis.
