Abstract
We are presenting a case report of the 57-year-old male patient with the large mixed mucopiolaryngocele on the left side of the neck. He was admitted to ER because he had been suffering from dyspnoea. The patient also suffered from hoarseness, presented tumor on left side of neck and his body temperature reached 37.8 °C. Indirect laryngoscopy showed the massive swelling of the left laryngeal vestibular fold that completely obscures the glottis. The patient underwent the surgery and broad-spectrum antibiotic therapy. There were no complications during the post-operative period.
