Abstract
The tumors of the frontal recess usually can be removed using Draf IIa approach while these located in the ostium and inside of the sinus require type IIb, extended IIb or type III drainage. Important for safe tumor removal is to follow the borderline between osteoma and surrounding healthy tissues and using cavitation technique.
