Abstract
Osteoma classifies to benign tumors of the paranasal sinuses. These are the most common benign tumors of the paranasal sinuses. They occur most commonly within frontal sinus and ethmoid. Benign character of the tumor allows it to develop for many years without any symptoms. Usually it is detected incidentally on radiological findings performed for unrelated reasons as osteoma. In the case of large size osteoma tumor, the most common symptom reported by patients are headaches. Vision problems are rarely reported, but in our case it was the predominant symptom and disappeared after surgery.
