Abstract
The nasolabial cyst is a nonâodontogenic developmental cyst that affects the soft tissues of the nasal vestibule, canine fossa and upper lip. It is a rare lesion characterized by an increased unilateral volume of the nasolabial region, causing an elevation of the nasal ala and projection of the upper lip. The purpose of this article is to present the case of a patient diagnosed with an infected nasolabial cyst who was treated surgically under general anesthesia through an intraoral approach to remove the lesion. Esthetics was restored and there is no sign of recurrence in the follow up.
