Abstract
Maxillary T/NK cell lymphoma is extremely rare. The diagnosis is based on immunohistochemistry. The treatment associates chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Recent studies suggest that radiotherapy at an early stage could improve the prognosis. But there is no consensus on therapeutic protocols.
