Abstract
Cervico-facial cellulitis more frequently concerns young adults. Neglect, poor oral hygiene, and ignorance contribute to the occurrence of these complications. The main portal of entry is dental. The authors recommend the antibiotic and corticosteroid therapy associated with incision and drainage.
