ResumenSe realiza un breve comentario del primer artículo publicado en la revista Actas Dermo-Sifiliográficas con documentación gráfica del caso clínico y de los hallazgos histológicos. Fue redactado por nuestro fundador, el Dr. Juan de Azúa, en el año 1909.
