These guidelines are based on the guidelines formulated under the aegis of the French Society of Dermatology (Société Française de Dermatologie) and validated in May 2009. These professional guidelines have received the joint INCa-HAS guarantee of quality. This guarantee means that the guidelines have been elaborated according to the procedures and methodological rules recommended by the INCa and the HAS.
