Abstract
Chronic urticaria is a chronic inflammatory disease whose cause most often remains unknown, with anti-H1 antihistamines today's most effective treatment of symptoms. Through clinical observations and the conclusions of the French recommendations in chronic urticaria (conference de consensus) the challenges of clinical, psychological, and therapeutic management of patients with chronic urticaria are discussed pragmatically.
