Abstract
We report these two cases because of their particularities as well as the rarity of papular elastorrhexix. The first exhibited large lesions and mucin deposits while the second was associated with Hodgkin's disease. Differential diagnosis of papular elastorrhexis includes Buschke-Ollendorff syndrome, eruptive collagenoma and elastic tissue disorders: macular anetoderma, mid-dermal elastolysis, nevus anelasticus, acne scars and pseudoxanthoma elasticum. The aetiology is unknown. There are no extracutaneous signs.
