Abstract
Mouse allergen is prevalent in inner-city homes. Sensitization seems to occur at low levels of exposure. Mouse allergen is an independent risk factor for asthma morbidity. The described environmental intervention reduced mouse allergen levels and asthma-related sleep and activity disturbance.
