Abstract
A novel splice variant, FcγRIIaexon6â, was characterized as a low-frequency allele, coding for a gain-of-function receptor for IgG. In the presence of immune complexes, FcγRIIaexon6â can contribute to anaphylaxis in patients with CVID.
