Abstract
												Absence of urticaria/angioedema is an indicator of severe anaphylaxis and possibly mastocytosis, requiring determination of BST. Study data do not provide evidence for an aggravation of sting-induced anaphylaxis by concurrent beta-blockade or angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibition.
