Abstract
It is made an overview of the descriptive history of the neurocutaneous syndrome which is known as Pascual-Castroviejo type II syndrome or PHACE. It is made a chronologic review of the steps followed in the description of the clinical features - neurological, image, cutaneous histology, therapeutic and evolutive - that are known to date and pays attention on the studies performed to know this syndrome, which have been larger in the dermatologic aspect than in the neurological and other pathologic facets despite this syndrome was first described as a neurologic-neuroradiologic disease.
