Abstract
Thoracic myelopathy secondary to Ossification of Ligamentum Flavum (OLF) is a rare disease described almost exclusively in Japanese patients. Few series of OLF in South Korean China, Middle East, and Caribbean with sporadic case reports in Caucasian subjects has previously been published. Its unpredictable course and unclear prognosis make it very difficult for the surgeon to predict postoperative recovery. Presented here are a short case reports with description of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical and radiologic aspects, as well as surgical outcomes in a group of patients which is mentioned in literature.
