Abstract
Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in women. There is a need to determine the individual risk of breast cancer accurately in order to reduce the breast cancer specific mortality and morbidity.Tamoxifen and prophylactic mastectomy are known to decrease the incidence of breast high risk women. This article tries to evaluate the risk/benefit ratio of the available modality reduction.
