Abstract
Intoxicated patient requires emergency doctors' special rigor, because of his clinical and therapeutical care complexity. Dichotomous approach is easier, separating calm patients, usually intoxicated to opioids, benzodiazepins or GHB, and agitated patients, for whom it is urgent to eliminate a membrane-stabilizing effect, and more difficult to determine the toxic that has been used.
