Abstract
This article deals with particular exclusion cases and proposes a transversal approach, a medico-psychosocial approach, because the exclusion pathology cannot be treated without one of these disciplines. The exclusion pathology always consists of four aspects: economic and social; medical of course; psychological and psychiatric; and behavioural. Caregivers should be aware of these aspects in order to master this diagnostic and offer adapted and personalized treatment linked to social assistants, psychiatrists or psychologists, managers of senior citizens residences… Networking allows a perennial and efficient treatment.
