Abstract
Newâonset, postâresection diabetes occurs in 4% of patients undergoing PD. Factors predictive of iPRDM include preâoperative glucose intolerance, elevated preâoperative glucose and increased specimen length. These data are important for patient education and predicting outcomes after PD.
