Abstract
Concurrent ablation of NEC metastases to the liver not amenable to resection is safe and increases the candidacy of patients for cytoreductive surgery. Ablation performed intraâoperatively and repeated postâoperatively as needed provides significant symptom control regardless of the tumour grade.
