Abstract
Robotâassisted pancreatic surgery seems to be safe and feasible in selected patients and, in leftâsided resections, may increase the rate of spleen preservation. Randomized studies should compare the respective outcomes of robotâassisted, laparoscopic and open pancreatic surgery.
