Abstract
Aggressive diagnosis, percutaneous decompression and interval revision hepaticojejunostomy are the main tenets of management of an excluded bile duct. Careful revision hepaticojejunostomy over a percutaneous biliary stent can result in restoration of biliary continuity and allograft survival.
