Abstract
The performance of the test requires a preliminary epididymal maturation of the spermatozoa in particular the ontogenesis of the spermatic sites of recognition for the zona pellucida. A deterioration of this stage of maturation led to failures of recognition and fixing at the zona pellucida. The test can predict the outcome of IVF and towards the good technique of medical assistance to procreation (AMP).
