Abstract
It's responsible for 6% of endométrial cancers, 2% of ovarian cancers and 1 to 3% of colorectal cancers. A good knowledge of this syndrome is necessary for doing the diagnosis and adjustment of gynaecological and colorectal follow-up. The authors report four cases in Lynch syndrome family.
