Abstract
Most diabetes care studies and whatever the country report a regional disparity which could be related to several factors (medical environment, treatments availability, patients profiles, healthcare pathways, distance of references centers, etc.). The use of a mobile private clinic giving to patient, in both time and place unity, a technical platform and medical skills, definitely contributes to reduce this disparity by offering a faster and fairer access to healthcare. The Algerian experience reported in this study focused on the evaluation of cardiometabolic risk and detection of complications in persons with a known diabetes.
