Abstract
The world of healthcare is now dominated by chronic disease characterized by their complexity. For prevention and optimal care, the individual must be the lead manager of his health. New technologies, through a «Enhanced Medicine» allow the physician to broaden its scope by including lifestyle data in practice. It is this philosophy that we have tried to implement in the Aviitam® platform.
