Abstract
The existence of ketosis prone atypical diabetes must be mentioned by the practitioner when he is confronted with an inaugural “supposed” type 1 diabetes in adult and which evolution is to become non-insulin-dependent. This is important according to the subsequent therapeutic attitude.
