Abstract
The complex nature of chronic diseases requires that therapeutic education takes into account both its biomedical and psychosocial dimensions. Learning nests work on knowledge to be built, and social, individual and contextual dimensions of learning, as well as the required decision of actions on a long term basis, taking into account the heterogeneity of individuals and of conditions. This integrative theoretically based construction is available, for each thematic, as booklets for learners and for educators and displays several assets that are depicted in the present article.
