Abstract
These 3-day screening in Brazzaville allowed us to emphasize pathologies responsible for an increasing and important impact on morbidity and mortality in central Africa. Their prevalence is at the very least twice the upper met in the European countries. A clear worsening in comparison with figures published in 2004 by the WHO is also noted. Currently, the most efficient approach to struggle this trend remains therapeutic education.
