Abstract
The treatment of a chronic disease often requires a change of behavior. It is vital to fight “bad habits” of life or “erroneous” practices at the origin of the pathology on one hand or simply on the other hand “to live with” the chronic disease. For every human being, the change of behavior is a delicate act, as far as it's inscribed and breaks with a trajectory of life. The modification of the ideas of a person is generally insufficient to adopt a more adequate behavior. The passage from “to tell to make” is a great jump in itself; and this one is more difficult when it is suggested or ordered from the outside. A “motivational environment” seems indispensable to encourage and assist the person. This one is complex, systemic and often paradoxical. It requires an adequate educational training of the medical teams.
