Abstract
Doppler-guided haemorrhoidal artery ligation is a non-invasive, surgical treatment of haemorrhoids with a low incidence of complication. The short and middle-term functional outcomes are good. It represents a credible alternative to haemorrhoidectomy and haemorroidopexy in the surgical management of haemorrhoids.
