Abstract
The esocoloplasty had a several late complications frequently due to a technical defect. We report a case of a patient who presented 12Â years after surgery a complex dysfunction of a coloplasty with double cervical and retrosternal strictures associated with a redundant abdominal portion's transplant. The aim of this case is that it combined many late complications of coloplasty in the same person and the simplicity of the treatment.
