Abstract
The duodenal diverticulum is a common anomaly but often asymptomatic. A mechanical biliary compression may occur, however. We report the case of a duodenal diverticulum revealed in 64-year-old woman by a severe cholangitis with septic shock and a liver abscess. An annular pancreas was associated. We discuss the various explorations for the diagnosis of these two entities and the therapeutic strategy in this unique combination.
