It is characterized by a rapid growth, with local extension and a poor prognosis. We report a case of squamous cell carcinoma of the Gallbladder in a 69-years-old woman with a history of intermittent abdominal pain. Abdominal tomography showing a tissular irregular mass of the gallbladder with liver invasion. Subsequently, the patient underwent an intervention of cholecystectomy and hepatic segmentectomy. Pathologic examination of the surgical specimen revealed a well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.
