Abstract
Frequency of surgical incidents, accidents and postoperative complications is higher than reported in the literature. The classification of Clavien is applicable for abdominal laparoscopic surgery; further informations are yet necessary to achieve assessment of surgical incidents and accidents as well as conversions.
