Abstract
Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) has emerged as an important diagnostic and therapeutic tool in management of gastrointestinal diseases. One of the most common uses of EUS is in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of pancreatic cysts and pseudocysts. EUS allows characterization of pancreatic cysts and safe drainage of pancreatic pseudocysts. This chapter will focus on indications, techniques, and outcomes of EUS-guided pseudocyst drainage.
